Who is StrikeLab gear for?
Everyone. Beginners, kids, parents, office workers and boxers who want extra reps at home. The reflex bag comes in four heights, so there's a size for every member of the house. We recommend adult supervision for younger kids.
How does the music boxing machine work?
Connect your phone, press play and the LED target pads light up in rhythm with your music. Hit each pad as it flashes. Every song is a new workout, and it doubles as a game.
Do I need to drill into my wall?
The music boxing machine mounts to a solid wall at the height that suits you. Follow the installation instructions that come with it. The reflex bag is completely freestanding and needs no mounting at all.
Which reflex bag height should I choose?
Height guide: the ball should sit around face height.
100 cm: younger kids · 115 cm: older kids · 120–135 cm (adjustable): teens and shorter adults · 139–154 cm (adjustable): adults
